摘　　要：在高校辅导员职业化、专业化发展过程中,多层级的角色定位与繁杂工作状态的角色冲突对辅导员职业能力素质提升提出更高的要求。合理的角色定位和适度的角色认同,是奠定辅导员职业能力提升的基础,也为其工作提供有力保障。社会、高校以及辅导员个人可以通过角色认知、角色行为和角色评价等方面进行角色调适,以实现提升辅导员的职业能力,促进辅导员职业发展的目的。In the process of professionalization and specialization development of college counselors,the conflict between the role orientation of multi level role and the role of complex work state raises higher requirements for the improvement of the professional competence quality of the counselors.Reasonable role positioning and appropriate role identification are the foundation for improving counselors＇ professional ability,and also provide strong guarantee for their work.The society,colleges and counselors can adjust their roles through role cognition,role behavior and role evaluation,in order to improve the professional ability of the counselors and promote the career development of the counselors.
