摘 要:选取乙酰胆碱酶作为催化酶,经过竹珍果蔬净洗剂和用普通清水清洗后蔬菜上的农药对乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制率来判定是否可有效去除果蔬上的农残,在波长412 nm处对其吸光度进行测定。结果显示,竹珍果蔬净洗剂对农残清除能力显著高于普通清水。Acetylcholine was selected as its catalytic enzyme to determine whether it was effective to remove the pesticide residue on the fruit and vegetable,and the absorbance was measured at 412 nm by the inhibition rate of the pesticide on the acetylcholinesterase by the cleaning agent of bamboo fruit and vegetable and the pesticide on the vegetables after washing with common water. The results showed that the scavenging ability of bamboo fruit and vegetable detergent was significantly higher than that of common water.
