摘 要:应用燃烧试验台完成了三旋流贫预混燃烧室点火熄火性能试验研究。针对8种旋流角组合方式,研究了不同进气流量、不同进气温度下的贫油点火、熄火极限。结果表明:三旋流贫预混燃烧室中,内旋流、中旋流角度组合决定了点火成功与否,而外旋流对点火、熄火极限有影响;采用内、中、外旋流角依次增加10°的组合方式有较好的点火、熄火性能;三旋流贫油点火油气比最低为0.05236,高于非预混燃烧室的0.035标准,熄火油气比最低为0.00478,满足低于0.005的一般要求;不同旋流组合点火性能和熄火性能具有较好的一致性。Experimental study on ignition and flameout performance of combustor with three swirlers in which lean fuel was premixed, was completed by the combustion test rig. Ignition and flameout limits under different inlet flows and different inlet temperatures were investigated according to 8 kinds of the swirler angle combinations. The results show that the combination between internal and middle swirl angles in the combustor determines whether the ignition is successful or not, and the outer swirl has an influence on the ignition limit. A combination in which the inner , middle and outer swirl angles increases 10 degrees respectively, indicates a better ignition and flameout performance. The minimum fuel-air ratio of lean ignition is 0.05236, which is higher than the criterion in combustor without premixed lean fuel(i.e.0.035). The fuel-air ratio of flameout is 0.00478, which is lower than the general requirement(i.e.0.005). The ignition and flameout performancesunder different swirl combinations have a better consistency.
