基于培养工匠精神的体育训练营模式构建

摘　　要：工匠精神存在于各行各业,但其精神内涵是一致的,在文化层面上具有统一性,与追求"更高、更快、更强"的体育精神也是吻合的。高校体育训练营利用体育的育体和育人功能,对学生进行思维方式、思考习惯、做事行动力以及跨界整合能力的训练,以适应高校培养具有工匠精神的复合型人才的需要。The spirit of craftsman exists in all walks of life,and their spiritual connotation and cultural unity are consistent.The sportsmanship of pursuing＂swifter,higher,stronger＂is also consistent with the craftsman＇s spirit.The PE training camp use the educating function of sports to train the students＇ way of thinking and thinking habits,to train their work motivation and cross-border integration ability,which can cultivate compound talents with the spirit of craftsman to adapt to the needs of the education of versatile talents in the colleges.
