芒针速刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察芒针速刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将90例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例,治疗组采用芒针速刺法治疗,对照组采用普通针刺疗法治疗,10次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后麦吉尔疼痛问卷评分[疼痛评定指数(PRI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、现时疼痛强度(PPI)]、日本骨科学会腰痛疾患量表(JOA)评分及改善率变化,评定2组临床疗效。结果2组治疗后PRI、VAS、PPI、JOA评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组各评分改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),总体疗效中优占比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芒针速刺法在腰椎间盘突出症患者症状改善率和缓解疼痛方面优于普通针刺疗法。Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of quick acupuncture with elongated needle therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods Ninety patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomized into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with elongated needles therapy,and the control group was treated with common acupuncture therapy,10 times as a treatment course,and 2 courses in total. The changes of Mc Gill pain scores including pain rating index（ PRI）,visual analogue scale（ VAS） and present pain intensity（ PPI）,JOA scores and its improvement rate were observed and the clinical curative effect was evaluated in the two groups. Results The scores of PRI,VAS,PPI and JOA were significantly improved after treatment compared with that before treatment in both groups,and the improvements in the treatment group were better than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The excellent rate in total curative effect in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Elongated needle method is better than common acupuncture method in improving symptoms and relieving pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
