摘　　要："一带一路"战略的实施需要应用型人才,但我国地方本科院校的大学英语应用型人才培养模式并不完善。文章讨论的是"一带一路"背景下大学英语地方文化软实力如何培养。笔者认为,一方面突出地方文化在大学英语教学中的重要地位;另一方面注重培养学生的跨文化意识及地方文化软实力的能力。Under the background of ＂One Belt One Road＂, China＇s higher education, especially the college English of local universities, should pay attention to the local culture soft power. On one hand it can highlight the importance of local culture in the English teaching, on the other hand, it can develop students＇ cross-cultural awareness and the ability of local cultural soft power, and cultivate application-oriented English talents who can introduce, inherit and develop local culture in English.
