摘  要:目前,"课证融合"人才培养模式在现实执行过程中较好地解决了高职人才培养和就业衔接的一些问题,但也存在"课""证"分离、学校课程体系及配套教师对"课证融合"的认识不足、教育信息化环境下"课证融合"教学方法和教学模式的改革力度不够、课证融合中资格考证功利性强而忽略技能水平评价等一系列问题。财经类高职"课证融合"人才培养模式应在骨架清晰、体制健全、师生认知透彻、学生的能力和证书相匹配等方面做好设计。At the moment, the "integration of course and certificate" personnel training mode better solve some problems in linkage between talents training and employment of higher vocational education in the real execution, but aseries of problems exist, such as the separation between course and certificate, inadequate cognition of the school curriculum system and supporting teachers to "coursecertificate integration", insufficient reform of "course-certificate integrated" teaching method and mode under education information environment, as well as strong utilitarian and ignoring skill level evaluation in qualification examination. For "course-certificate integrated" talent cultivating mode of higher vocational college of finance and economics, it is necessary to well design the skeleton clearing, system perfecting, cognition of teachers and students penetrating, and matching between student ability and certificate.
