摘 要:研究了全棉杆碱法预处理结合有机溶剂蒸煮的制浆方法对棉杆浆得率及卡伯值的影响,分析了预处理条件和蒸煮条件对木质素、纤维素含量、以及浆料卡伯值和强度性能的影响,并对棉秆纤维形态分布进行了分析。结果表明,最佳预处理条件是:NaOH用量3%,乙醇用量12%,预处理温度50℃,保温时间80min,所得棉杆木质素含量19.73%,α-纤维素72.34%,灰分2.52%。最佳蒸煮条件:无水乙醇用量5%,用碱量20%,最高温度160℃,保温时间150min;所得浆料木素含量5.86%,α-纤维素79.69%,灰分2.56%,特性黏度870.2m L/g,聚合度1288.7。Alkali pretreatment and modified kraft pulping process with the addition of organic solvent was applied to cotton stalks.The yield and the kappa number of pulp was investigated.The effect of pretreatment and cooking conditions on chemical composition including lignin content,cellulose content,and fiber morphology of cotton stalk fiber was analyzed.The results indicated that the optimum condition of pretreatment was as follows: NaOH charge was 3%( by mass),alcohol charge was 12%( by mass),the temperature was 50℃,and the heating preservation time was 80 min.The pretreated cotton stalk contained 19.73% Klason lignin,72.34% α-cellulose and 2.52% ash.The optimum result for pulping of cotton stalk could be obtained at,an alkali charge 20% and alcohol charge 5%,160℃,and 150 min.The final pulp contained 5.86% Klason lignin,79.69% α-cellulose and 2.56% ash.The intrinsic viscosity was 870.2 m L/g and polymerization degree was 1288.7.
