高血压性视网膜病变动静脉管径改变的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的量化并分析高血压性视网膜病变患者荧光素钠眼底血管造影(FFA)动静脉管径比率(AVR)的改变以及AVR与系统性危险因素的关系。方法高血压性视网膜病变病例组和非高血压性视网膜病变对照组眼底彩色照相和荧光血管造影检查,比较检查结果,并分析病例组患者FFA造影AVR与系统性危险因素的关系。结果 (1)造影图AVR测量结果较眼底彩照AVR偏小,病例组AVR显著低于对照组。(2)AVR与血浆甘油三酯(TG)水平呈负相关;AVR减低与收缩压(SBP)显著负相关。结论 (1)FFA AVR结果较眼底照片AVR偏小,FFA的价值和意义大。(2)AVR与血浆TG水平可以作为预测心血管事件的因素,也可能成为心脑血管疾病微血管损伤的直接证据。Objective To quantify and analyze the changes of fluorescein fundns anglography（ FFA） AVR in patients with hypertensive retinopathy,and the relationship between AVR and systemic risk factors. Methods The patients with hypertensive retinopathy and non hypertensive retinopathy control group were examined by fundus color photography and fluorescein angiography,and the results were compared and analyzed statistically. The relationship between the AVR and systemic risk factors in patients with FFA was analyzed. Results（1）The result of FFA AVR measurement is smaller than that of the fundus color picture AVR. The AVR in the case group was significantly lower than that in the control group.（2）There is a negative correlation between AVR and plasma TG level; The reduction of AVR was significantly associated with SBP. Conclusion（1）The results of FFA AVR were smaller than those of fundus photograph AVR,and FFA was of great value and significance.（2）The level of AVR and plasma TG can be used as an factor for predicting cardiovascular events,and may also be a direct evidence of microvascular injury in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
