复方嗜乳酸菌片联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗肝性脑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨复方嗜乳酸菌片联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗肝性脑病（HE）的临床价值及安全性.方法 选取HE患者92例,对照组45例在常规治疗上予门冬氨酸鸟氨酸注射液静脉滴注,观察组47例在对照组的基础上口服复方嗜乳酸菌片.检测治疗前后ALT、AST、TBil、血氨水平,比较两组临床疗效、苏醒时间、住院时间及不良反应.结果 两组治疗后ALT、AST、TBil、血氨均较治疗前下降（P〈0.05）,且观察组变化更为显著（P〈0.05）.观察组有效率高于对照组,苏醒及住院时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）.两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 复方嗜乳酸菌片联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸可明显降低血氨水平,改善肝功能,迅速缓解临床症状,是HE的一种理想治疗方案.Objective To discuss the clinical value and safety of compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets joint ornithine aspartate injection in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy （ HE ） . Methods 92 patients with HE were chosen, 45 cases of control group in the conventional treatment to ornithine aspartate injection intravenous drip, 47 cases of the treatment group were addicted to compound eosinophil-lactobaciUus tablets on the basis of the control group.The levels of ALT, AST, TBil, blood ammonia were detected before and after treatment, and the clinical effect, awakening time, hospitalization time and adverse reactions were compared. Results The levels ofALT, AST, TBil, blood ammonia were decreased compared with before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） , the change of the treatment group was more significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Treatment group effectiveness was higher than the control group, awakening time and hospitalization time were shorter than control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Adverse reactions had no statistically significant difference （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion Compound eosinophil-lactobacillus tablets joint ornithine aspartate can obviously reduce the blood ammonia levels, improve liver function, quickly relieve clinical symptoms, is an ideal treatment for HE.
