摘  要:人垂体腺瘤是腺垂体发生的良性肿瘤,腺瘤细胞兼具激素异常分泌和异常增殖的双重特点。人垂体腺瘤细胞的生物学行为受细胞内多条信号转导通路调控,这些信号通路彼此发生交叉通讯,构成复杂的调控网络,共同维持维持垂体腺瘤细胞激素异常分泌和增殖。本文旨在回顾调控垂体腺瘤激素异常分泌和细胞增殖的信号转导通路及其交叉通讯机制,分析信号网络中关键分子靶点的调控作用,为探索相关靶向治疗药物提供理论依据。Pituitary adenomas,originating from adenohypophysis,are generally benign intracranial tumor.Multiple characteristics are identified in pituitary adenomas,including excess hormone secretion and cell proliferation.It is well established that excess hormone secretion and tumor cell proliferation are regulated by multiple signaling pathways in pituitary adenomas,which interact through crosstalk mechanisms and form a complex signaling network.This study aims to review the crosstalk in this signaling network and to elucidate the functional roles of key factors in regulating excess hormone secretion and tumor cell proliferation of pituitary adenomas.Targeting these key factors may provide new promising pharmacotherapy applications in the future.
