摘 要:通过瓜尔豆胶原位凝固成型技术制备建筑陶瓷,分别以废瓷粉、瓜尔豆胶和聚羧酸为原料,经原位凝固成型工艺制得陶瓷坯体,通过高温烧结制备建筑陶瓷样品。研究了瓜尔豆胶添加量对浆料流变性能的影响,并对瓜尔豆胶添加量对生坯和烧结性能影响进行分析。结果表明:通过添加0.35-0.55 wt%瓜尔豆胶可实现全废瓷料原位凝固成型,并可以制备具有高强度、低收缩率的瓷质建筑陶瓷烧结样品。Architectural ceramics were prepared by using waste porcelain powder, guar gum and polycarboxylic acid as raw materials through in-situ consolidation forming techniques. The green bodies were obtained after in-situ consolidation forming process. The samples of architectural ceramics were prepared by high temperature sintering process. The influence of the dosage of guar gum on the rheological properties of slurry was studied. And the influence of the dosage of guar gum on the green and sintered properties of samples was invastigated. The results show that the green bodies of full waste porcelain powders can be molded by adding 0.35-0.55 wt.% guar gum into the slurry through in-situ consolidation forming techniques. The samples of architectural ceramics with high rupture strength and low shrinkage rate can also be prepared.
