公法经典阅读训练与卓越法律人才培养

摘　　要：调整当前的以“司法面向”为主的法学教学模式，才能跨越单一化、低层次的人才培养机制和课程安排，促使学生在本科阶段形成应用性的能力和复合型的知识结构，成为真正的卓越层次的法律人才。公法在一国国家治理中具有举足轻重的地位，在卓越法律人才培养计划中带领学生进行公法经典阅读训练就是旨在通过对公法经典著作的阅读引导学生思考公法学的经典命题和现实国家治理难题。公法经典著作阅读训练，强调对教学学术目标的拔高，使学生经过阅读训练后达到更高水平的期望值。这也符合卓越法律人才教育乃至依法治国背景下对于法科学生之应用复合型知识结构的要求。The current ＂ litigation-oriented＂ teaching mode must be adjusted to avoiding the simplified, low-level education mechanism and curriculum, so as to promote students to become the real excellent legal talent by forming students＇ applicability and their compound knowledge structure in the undergraduate period. Public law plays the significant role in a nation＇s governance. In the Excellent Legal Talent Education and Training Plan, the reading training of the public law classics is to guide students＇ thinking on the classic topics in public law and the difficulties of the practical national governance. The reading training of public law classics emphasizes the upgrade of the academic objectives in teaching and assists students to improve their expectations after reading training. This meets the requirement of students＇ applied compound knowledge structure of law major students in the background of excellent legal talent education and training and the promotion of the rule of law.
