摘  要:"卓越法律人才培养计划"已在各高校进行了广泛的探索。由于各高校受传统教育理念的影响,致使距实现计划目标仍有一定差距,极大削弱了该培养计划应有的效果。通过对受到社会认可的湖南师范大学"三段六步全程参与式"实践教学改革进行梳理,反思过去教育存在的问题,系统阐述卓越法律人才培养过程中应有的教育理念与培养方向,提出在人才培养中应当贯彻全情付出、抓住一切机遇、利用现有平台、促进学生与司法机关的良性互动等理念,以及在人才培养的发展方向上提出具体的建议措施。" Excellent Legal Talent Education Training Program" has been explored and carried out at universities and colleges for many years. Because of the limitations of the influence of traditional education on the Program, the goals have still had a long way to go, which greatly diminish the expected effect. By the reviewing of the " Three Stages, Six Steps and Full Participation" Model at Hunan Normal University, which has been acknowledged and praised by the society, reflecting the old issues in legal education, the paper systematically expounds the educational idea and training direction in the process of cultivating excellent legal talent, and puts forward the idea of carrying out all the opportunities in the training of talent, seizing all opportunities, utilizing the existing platform, promoting the benign interaction between students and the judiciary. Further, the development of personnel training in the direction of specific recommendations is also proposed.
