摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展，企业在经济浪潮的推动下出现了前所未有的发展势头，流动资金的变现能力非常强，对这部分资金一旦管理不好，就会出现各种各样的问题，因此企业要加强流动资金管理，开源节流。同时从多种渠道筹集资金，不能由银行包办一切。银行也要加强流动资金管理，避免不平等现象出现。With the rapid development of economy, the enterprise develops the hitherto unknown in promoting economic tide, the alility of liquidity is very strong.
