从资产清查实务工作中透视高校往来款项的管理问题

摘　　要：2016年，国家开展全国范围内的行政事业单位国有资产核实工作，高校财务部门主要负责往来款项的清理，清查中发现往来款项存在管理不规范、信息化建设不到位、历史遗留问题未能及时有效解决等普遍问题。本文通过分析问题产生的原因，提出解决策略和管理建议。In 2016, the national state-owned assets to carry out verification of the administrative institutions nationwide.The financial department is mainly responsible for the payment and clearing accounts payable.Inventory found in existence effectively solve the common problems of construction management is not standardized, the information is not in place, and not historical issues.This paper through analysis of the problem, put forward the solution strategy and management suggestions.
