摘 要:由于传媒行业最近的兴起,很多传媒企业会有各种市场行为,例如重组、上市等等,那么就需要评估。本文分析除了传统的三大类评估方法,市场法、收益法、成本法之外,还有在经济附加值法的基础上创造出的修正经济附加值法评估传媒企业的适用性。Because of the recent rise of the media industry, many media companies have various market behavior, such as restructuring, listing, and so on.So it needs to be evaluated. In addition to the traditional three kinds of evaluation methods, this paper analyzes the applicability of the modified economic value added method, which is based on the economic value added method, to evaluate the applicability of media enterprises besides the market, income and cost methods.
