摘  要:为了提高预应力张拉设备对施工现场的适应性与可靠性,改善现有预应力张拉系统繁杂的控制结构,以变频泵控液压系统取代常用的节流阀控液压系统,并利用Simulink/Simhydraulics平台建立该执行系统的物理模型,进行张拉动态模拟仿真,通过试验对该电液伺服执行系统的实际施工效果进行了验证。结果表明,该电液伺服执行系统能够在复杂的施工环境下平稳地完成张拉过程。In order to improve the adaptability and reliability of the pre-tensioning equipment on the construction site and simplify the complex control structure of the existing pre-tensioning system,commonly used throttle-controlled hydraulic systems were replaced by pump-controlled hydraulic systems with variable frequency.Using Simulink/Simhydraulics platform to build the physical model of the execution system,the dynamic simulation was performed,and the actual effect of the electro-hydraulic servo execution system was verified through tests.The results show that the electro-hydraulic servo execution system can smoothly complete the tensioning process in a complex construction environment.
