摘  要:根据德鲁克的目标管理模式理论,结合社会经济发展需求和企业发展进步及岗位能力要求,确定了高职商务英语人才的培养目标,并分解细化为可以操作的人才培养规格,让每个高职商务英语专业学生明确自己与职业人的差距和努力方向,从而更好地发挥人才培养目标的主导作用,使高职教育更好适应经济社会发展需要,也为相关专业制定人才培养方案提供参考。In the light of the theory of Objective Management System by Drucker, this paper aims to explore the general objective of the business English talents training based on the requirement of economic and social development, enterprise development and post competence. Training specifications have been decomposed,which can be operated for each business English student to know their gap with a professional employee and their striving direction. Thus the leading role of the objective will be played so as to meet the needs of economic and social development. It also provides reference for the relevant majors when cultivation plans are made in senior vocational schools.
