摘　　要：创建"学习型"工会组织是新时期高校工会正确履行工作职责的前提,也是高校青年教工发展的需要。高校青年教工在生活、职称晋升和心理等方面因其群体特征而有着独特的服务需求,而当前高校工会在服务青年教工工作中还存在一些不足,应通过健全工作机制、优化干部结构、改进工作方式、塑造组织文化和加强心理疏导等途径来构建适合于青年教工发展的高校"学习型"工会。Building a learning-oriented labor union organization in colleges and universities is a premise for the organization to perform duty properly in the new era. It is also the need for the development of young teachers. As a special group, young teachers have a special service needs in terms of life, career development and promotion and psychology. However, the services for them still need to be improved. Thus measures should be taken to perfect mechanism, ptimize the personnel structure, improve manners of working, cultivate organization culture and enhance psychological counseling and so on to build a learning-oriented labor union organization.
