摘　　要：习近平在党中央和全党的核心地位,是在领导和推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业中自然形成的。在这个过程中,习近平的核心领导力发挥了决定性的作用。习近平在长期的工作实践和领导历练中形成的核心领导能力,在立场、观点和方法上都具有鲜明的马克思主义理论特质,充分体现了人民性、创新性与科学性的辩证统一。并且,这种理论特质以其内在的开放性,又与中华优秀传统文化和其他国家民族优秀文明成果相融通,具有强大的凝聚力、感召力和创造力。Xi Jinping＇s core position in the party central committee and the party has formed naturally in the process of leading and promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.During this course,Xi Jinping＇s skills of the core leadership play a crucial role.Xi Jinping＇s skills of the core leadership,which has formed in long-term work practice and leadership experience,has distinctive theory quality of Marxism and fully reflects the dialectical unification of the universality,innovation and science.And this theory quality unites Chinese excellent traditional culture with other national outstanding civilization achievements by its inherent openness.It has strong cohesion,charisma and creativity.
