摘  要:咖啡因是一种黄嘌呤衍生物,在体内通过非选择性地抑制腺苷受体而产生多种药理作用。在早产儿,咖啡因主要用于呼吸暂停(apnea of prematurity,AOP)的防治。研究显示,除减少AOP的发生外,咖啡因对早产儿的神经系统及呼吸系统均具有保护作用,特别是早期使用咖啡因可为早产儿带来远期的改善。因此,咖啡因在早产儿中的应用越来越受到重视,但其保护机制尚不完全清楚,有待进一步论证。As one of the xanthine derivates, caffeine could inhibit adenosine receptors in vivo non-specifically, which would lead to a series of pharmacological effects. Caffeine is the choice of treatment for apnea of prematurity (AOP). Besides, various studies show its protection for both nervous system and respiratory system. Early caffeine administration could bring significant and long- lasting benefits for preterm infants. However, further researches are still needed to discuss the probable mechanisms.
