当前文书学理论研究的发展路径探析

摘　　要：当前文书学理论研究中存在一定的局限性，如偏重行政文书研究，对专门文书、私人文书等研究不足：偏重行政文书写作处理的政策研究，对文书学基础理论研究不足；偏重行政文书程序格式研究，对文书文本、文书行为、文书关系等的研究不足等。这些局限主要是由于理论研究阶段性特点、文书工作发展状况、文书学理论研究队伍、文书学所在学科平台等的制约性影响。今后需要注重树立学科自觉意识，加强跨学科交流与对话．拓宽理论研究的视野、对象与内容，创新理论研究的方法，完善学科知识与理论体系，才能不断增强学科理论的原创性和解释力，从而推动文书学理论研究向前发展。Currently, there are some limitations in the study of the theory of documentary science, such as emphasizing on the study of administrative documents, while lacking research on specialized docu- ments and private documents; researching more on the policy of administrative documents writing,while lacking research on the fundamental theory of documentary science; focusing on the procedure of administrative document format while overlooking research on the text of documents, the acts of documents or the relationship between documents. These limitations are mainly derived from restrictive effects of periodical feature of theoretical research, the development of documentary work, the research team of documentary theory and the subject platform of documentary science. In the future, it is necessary to establish con- sciousness of subject, strengthen interdisciplinary communication,broaden the scope of theoretical research, objects and content, innovate the research method, and improve subject knowledge as well as theoretical system, thus enhancing the originality of theory that can be easily explained and pushing forward the study of the documentary science theory.
