摘  要:脱胎于制造业的生产者服务业与制造业之间的关系是一个引人入胜的热点问题。当下学术界对此问题的研究仍更多停留在产业研究层面,缺乏来自微观企业层面的实际经验支撑。运用企业组织理论和关系型契约理论,对某铝板经销商的成长发展案例进行经济学解释,揭示出作为中间层组织的生产者服务业,可以借助人力资源的跨边界管理及超市场契约,实现与制造业的互动融合,以至带动制造业的升级和价值链提升。The relationship between producer services that were born out of manufacturing and manufacturing industry is a fascinating one. At present,the research on this issue in the academic circle is still more on the industrial research level,and lacks the practical experience support from the micro enterprise level. Using enterprise organization theory and relational contract theory to explain economics of the growth and development case of an aluminium plate dealer, it reveals producer services as an intermediary organization. Producer service industry can realize the interactive integration with the manufacturing industry through human resources transboundary managementand the hypermarket contract,so as to promote the upgrading of the manufacturing industry and the promotion of the value chain.
