益气健脾汤联合化疗对乳腺癌患者生活质量和免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：分析与探讨采用益气健脾汤联合化疗治疗乳腺癌患者,研究其对患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响及评价。方法：将2015年1月—2017年1月期间经医院临床确诊后进行治疗的62例乳腺癌患者选择为临床研究病例,采用数字表法随机分成两组,每组31例。对照组给予常规化疗进行治疗,观察组在化疗基础上联合应用益气健脾汤治疗。观察两组免疫功能情况、不良反应情况以及生活质量评分。结果：观察组躯体功能（86.23±4.77）分、认知功能（85.42±3.88）分、情绪功能（87.11±4.95）分、角色功能（88.62±4.76）分、社会功能（82.94±4.08）分、精力（89.57±3.22）分、躯体疼痛（90.55±3.54）、总体健康（92.44±4.73）分、CD4（37.24±8.03）%、CD8（22.72±7.18）%、CD4/CD8（1.67±0.73）均明显优于对照组躯体功能（89.29±2.56）分、认知功能（87.99±2.74）分、情绪功能（90.26±3.83）分、角色功能（91.85±3.26）分、社会功能（85.69±3.47）分、精力（83.62±3.91）分、躯体疼痛（85.21±3.66）、总体健康（86.18±4.19）分、CD4（30.73±8.87）%、CD8（27.18±7.36）%、CD4/CD8（1.15±0.58）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组不良反应比较无差异（P〉0.05）。结论：乳腺癌患者采用益气健脾汤及化疗进行联合治疗,治疗效果确切,显著改善患者免疫功能及生活质量,且不良反应较少,有助于患者预后。Objective：To analyze and explore the effect of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer patients and study its impact on the quality of life and immune function. Methods：From January 2015 to January 2017,62 cases of breast cancer patients were selected for clinical research cases,and according to digital table method were randomly divided into two groups,each group 31 cases. The control group received routine chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction on the basis of chemotherapy. Two groups＇ immune function,adverse reactions and quality of life score were observed. Results：The observation group＇s physical function（86.23 ± 4. 77）,cognitive function（85. 42 ± 3. 88）,emotional function（87. 11 ± 4. 95）,the role and function（88. 62 ± 4.76）,social function（82. 94 ± 4. 08）,energy（89. 57 ± 3. 22）,bodily pain（90. 55 ± 3. 54）,overall health（92. 44 ±4. 73）,CD4（37. 24 ± 8. 03） %,CD8（22. 72 ± 7. 18） % and CD4/CD8（1. 67 ± 0. 73） were significantly better than the control group＇s physical function（89. 29 ± 2. 56）,cognitive function（87. 99 ± 2. 74）,emotional function（90. 26 ±3. 83）,the role and function（91. 85 ± 3. 26）,social function（85. 69 ± 3. 47）,energy（83. 62 ± 3. 91）,bodily pain（85. 21 ± 3. 66）,general health（86. 18 ± 4. 19）,CD4（30. 73 ± 8. 87）%,CD8（27. 18 ± 7. 36）% and CD4/CD8（1.15 ± 0. 58）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. There was no difference in adverse reactions between two groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The combination therapy of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction and chemotherapy is effective for breast cancer patients. It can improve the immune function and quality of life of the patients,and has less adverse reactions and can help the prognosis of the patients.
