肝癌合剂姑息疗法联合康艾注射液对晚期肝癌患者的疗效及生存分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨分析康艾注射液和肝癌合剂姑息疗法对晚期肝癌患者的疗效及生存情况的影响。方法：选择医院收治的92例中晚期肝癌患者,将其随机分为观察组48例、对照组44例,对照组患者给予康艾注射液及对症治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上运用肝癌合剂治疗,两组均连续治疗60 d进行疗效评价,观察两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群变化以及患者随访生存情况。结果：观察组患者治疗改善率64.58%、对照组患者治疗改善率43.18%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组患者CD4^＋、CD4^＋/CD8^＋水平显著升高（P〈0.05）,而CD8^＋水平显著降低（P〈0.05）,且观察组患者变化程度显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者生存情况显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：肝癌合剂联合康艾注射液姑息疗法治疗晚期肝癌能够有效提高临床治疗总有效率,增强机体免疫功能,且有助于患者生存时间的延长,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the effect of Kang＇ai Injection and self-made mixture of palliative therapy on hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and survival situation. Methods：Totally 92 patients with advanced liver cancer patients in our hospital,were randomly divided into the observation group 48 casesand the control group 44 cases. The control group were treated with Kangai Injection and symptomatic treatment. The observation group additionaly usedself-made palliativemixture in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Two groups were treated for 60 d to evaluate the curative effect observation. Before and after treatment,two groups＇ clinical curative effect,the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and the patients were followed up for survivals. Results：The improvement rate was64. 58% in the observation group and 43. 18% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of CD4^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in the two groups increased significantly（P〈0. 05）,while the level of CD8^＋ decreased significantly（P〈0. 05）,and the degree of change in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. The survival rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The self-made palliative mixture combined with Kang＇ai Injectiontreatment of advanced liver cancer can effectively improve the clinical treatment efficiency,enhance immune functionand contribute to the extended survival time of patients,worthy of clinical promotion.
