摘  要:以某排量为700 mL的内燃机为原型机设计了一套自由活塞内燃发电机系统,完成了直线电机设计和功率变换器设计。利用Maxwell、Flux等软件进行了电磁仿真分析,确定了直线电机的结构和性能参数。基于活塞组件的动力学方程、燃烧室内的热力学方程以及气体状态方程,建立了Simulink仿真模型并进行了仿真研究。在仿真研究结果的基础上,研制了试验样机,利用样机进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:当发动机节气门开度为18.5%时,样机系统的发电功率为3.1 kW,发电效率为38.4%。将试验结果与仿真结果进行对比,两者吻合情况较好,样机设计方法的正确性得以验证。A four-stroke free-piston engine system on the basis of an internal-combustion engine was proposed. A linear motor was designed for this system. In order to determine the performance parameters of the linear motor, the electromagnetic simulation analysis was carried out by using Maxwell. Simulation model of the engine system was built based on the theory of dynamics, the equation of gas state and an equivalent heat release rate of combustion process. The working process of the system was simulated. Based on the results of the simulation, an experimental prototype was fabricated. Testing results of the prototype were analyzed. According to the results of the simulation and the test, some parameters used in the simulation model were corrected.
