摘　　要：目的探讨Simple Browser软件结合简易模板指引在下颌覆盖式种植义齿即刻修复中的应用效果。方法选择下颌牙列缺失患者,制作下颌半口义齿,将义齿戴入患者口内,调改戴用3 d后使其基本适应,在需植入种植体部位钻磨下颌义齿,制备种植体植入通道,通道内充填牙胶,拍摄含带有义齿的下颌骨CBCT片,通过Simple Browser软件成像技术模拟种植牙植入三维位置,反馈调改植入通道。利用含带有植入通道的下颌义齿作为简易模板,行种植体植入术,并行即刻修复。结果利用Simple Browser软件结合简易模板导航获得了满意的种植体植入位置和方向,即刻修复效果良好,术后观察4年,无明显骨质吸收,修复体戴用舒适。结论利用Simple Browser软件结合简易模板导航可以获得满意的种植体植入位置和方向,能在一定程度上提高义齿修复的准确性和精度。Objective To discuss the application effect of Simple Browser software combined with simple template guide in immediate restoration of implant-supported mandibular overdentures. Methods The patients with mandibular dentition loss were selected, and mandibular semi-denture was made and applied into the mouth. After three days, implant socket was drilled for implant path. Gutta-percha was then filled into the channel, and then patients wearing this special denture were asked to take CBCT films. Three-dimensional position was simulated by Simple Browser software, and implant path was repeatedly adjusted according to the feedback of stimulated implantation. Finally, this special denture was utilized as a guide for surgery and then operated the implantation along with immediate restoration.Results Simple Browser software combined with simple template guide brought satisfying implant position and direction, which has good effect with the immediate restoration. Postoperative observation for 4 years showed no bone absorption. Conclusion A satisfying implant site and direction can be obtained by using Simple Browser combined with simple template guide, which can improve the precise and accuracy of denture restoration to a certain extent.
