摘　　要：随着企业发展的转型升级,不同的企业开始探索适用于自身发展的商业模式,良好的商业模式可以给企业提供持续的竞争力,增加企业的财务价值。对商业模式的研究不仅引起了学术界专家的关注,也引起了企业管理者的注意。本文基于国内外研究现状,首先研究了商业模式的概念以及分类情况,然后在分类的基础上探究了商业模式与企业绩效的关系。With the transformation and upgrading of enterprise development, different enterprises are be-ginning to explore the business models that are suitable for their own development. A good business model can provide sustained competitiveness to enterprises and increase their financial value. It not only aroused the attention of academic experts, but also attracted the attention of business managers. Based on the research status at home and abroad, this paper first studies the concept and classification of business model, then ex-plores the relationship between business model and business performance on the basis of classification.
