摘  要:近几年旋翼飞行器受到人们的广泛关注,旋翼飞行器的发展也越来越成熟,为飞行器提供动力的锂电池也已经发展得非常成熟,但是旋翼飞行器在执行野外检测任务时,没有交流电源,锂电池会有难以长时间续航、动力不足的弊端。为此设计了一款基于汽车蓄电池为电源的旋翼飞行器充电器,可利用车载蓄电池为旋翼飞行器进行快速充电。该充电器为升压直流转换器,可以对锂电池进行先恒流再恒压充电,实现快速高效充电。通过实验测试证明,该充电器在满足设计要求的前提下,可以实现快速充电,预计充电时间为45 min,达到了预期的设计目的。In recent years, rotorcraft attracts widespread attention, the development of the rotorcraft has becoming increasingly sophisticated and the research of Li-ion battery providing power for rotorcraft is also very mature.However, the rotorcraft has the drawbacks of not flying long time; especially for doing science mission in the outside,Li-ion battery cannot provide enough power for a long time without AC power supply. For the problem, a Li-ion battery charger was designed based on automobile lead-acid batteries. This charger is a voltage boost AC converter charging for Li-ion at constant current model at first and at constant voltage model secondly to achieve fast and efficient charging. The experiment result shows that under the premise of design requirements, it can achieve fast charging and the charging time is about 45 minutes, proving its advanced performance.
