摘 要:针对L波段雷达容易受到外界信号的干扰,超导接收前端具有较低的噪声系数和较高的频率选择性,将超导接收前端应用到雷达接收系统中。首先对超导接收前端的组成、特点进行介绍,详细分析了超导接收前端对雷达系统性能的影响,设计了一型超导接收前端,并试验验证了超导接收前端在雷达系统的应用效果。Aiming at issue that L-band radar is susceptible to external signal interference,the superconducting receiver front end has low noise figure and very high frequency selectivity,which is applied in radar receiving system.Composition and characteristics of superconducting receiver front end are introduced. The influence of superconducting front end on performance of radar system is analyzed in detail. A type of superconducting receiver front end is designed. The application effect of superconducting receiver front end on radar system is verified.
