疏肝解郁胶囊联合四联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝解郁胶囊联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡患者的治疗效果。方法选取Hp感染阳性胃溃疡患者102例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为四联组(采用兰索拉唑+胶体果胶铋+克拉霉素+阿莫西林四联法治疗)和疏肝组(采用疏肝解郁胶囊+四联法治疗),各51例,治疗6周。观察两组治疗效果、胃肠道症状积分、胃泌素(GAS)和胃动素(MTL)指标以及不良反应发生率情况。结果疏肝组临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。疏肝组治疗后10 d、20 d、30 d的胃肠道症状积分、GAS和MTL指标均优于四联组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝解郁胶囊能够提升四联法治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡的疗效,改善胃肠功能,减少GAS和MTL的分泌,安全可靠。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Shuganjieyu capsules combined with quadruple method on the treatment of helicobacter pylori（ Hp） positive gastric ulcer. Methods 102 patients with positive gastric ulcer and Hp infection were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method： the quadruple group（ using lansoprazole ＋ colloidal pectin bismuth ＋ clarithromycin ＋amoxicillin,n = 51） and the Shugan group（ using Shuganjieyu capsules ＋ the quadruple treatment,n = 51）. Both of the two groups were treated for 6 weeks. The improvement of gastric function,the levels of gastrin（ GAS） and motilin（ MTL）,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical curative effect of the Shugan group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The improvements of the gastrointestinal scores,and the levels of GAS and MTL in the Shugan group were better than those in the quadruple group 10 d,20 d and 30 d after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shuganjieyu capsules can improve the clinical effect of quadruple treatment on Hp-positive gastric ulcer. It is safe and can improve the gastrointestinal function,reduce the secretion of GAS and MTL in the patients.
