摘 要:当今传统教学模式已不能满足学生个性化学习需求;但多数高校因扩招后生源数量较多而师资不足,无法真正实现个性化教学。论文提出了基于大批量定制思维的翻转课堂精准教学模式,旨在不增加师资等资源的情况下,将教学目标、教学内容和学生特点及需求等精准匹配的教学尝试。通过大批量定制和翻转课堂比较分析,得出大批量定制思维能够帮助翻转课堂更好地展开精准教学。基于大批量定制思维的翻转课堂精准教学模式设计主要涉及模块化课程知识点的开发、模块化课前课中及课后任务的设计、翻转课堂精准定制实施和评价反馈等模块。一个简易的基于大批量定制思维的翻转课堂教学信息系统以及成组技术思维的小组指导,都将有助于该精准教学模式的实施。In the information era,the traditional teacher-oriented teaching model cannot meet the needs of the individualized and diversified learning in colleges and universities. Moreover,at present,most colleges and universities cannot implement personalized teaching model for their shortage of teachers. Thus,a teaching model of the flipped classroom based on the mass customization thinking is put forward in this paper,aiming at implementing the personalized teaching model without increasing teaching resources. The flip classroom teaching system based on the mass customization thinking includes the content development,the task design,the flipping classroom implementation customization and the effect feedback. A simple,customized teaching information system based on the mass customization thinking and the group technology thinking will contribute to the implementation of this teaching model.
