摘　　要：本文介绍了食品加工电器化学安全现有的法律法规及标准体系,讨论了需要进一步研究开发的食品加工电器中有毒有害物质检验方法。This paper briefly reviewed the existing regulations and standards system for the chemical safety of electrical appliances for food processing. The determination methods for the inspection of hazardous substances in electrical appliances for food processing,which need be developed in the future,were also discussed.
