摘　　要：近年来,俄罗斯等"一带一路"国家成为中国玩具出口新的增长点,因此对俄罗斯等国玩具法规的研究则显得日益重要。本文介绍了俄罗斯有关玩具的技术法规,并与中国强制性玩具标准GB 6675进行了对比分析研究,同时结合中国出口俄罗斯玩具现状提出了应对技术性贸易措施的对策。In recent years,Russia and other ＂The Belt and Road＂ countries have become a new growth point for Chinese toy exports,and the study of toy regulations in Russia become more and more important. This paper introduces the Russian toy technical regulations,compares with Chinese toy standard GB 6675,and puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the technical measures to trade in the light of the present situation of toys exported from China.
