摘　　要：通过研究进口食品农产品检验检疫通关流程,找出存在的主要问题及影响因素,提出改进建议,以期为检验检疫部门的体制创新和流程再造研究提供理论依据。By taking the inspection and quarantine clearance process of import food and agricultural products as researching subject,finding out the main problems and causes,some suggestions for system innovation and process reengineering were proposed.
