摘 要:采用实验室静态加热的方法制备了120℃、180℃连续与间断加热120h后的复合锂基润滑脂样品。对复合锂基润滑脂样品分别开展微观形貌、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)及流变特性分析,以考察连续与间断热作用对复合锂基润滑脂流变特性的影响规律及机理。结果表明,连续与间断热作用下复合锂基润滑脂结构性能均出现了一定程度的衰退,连续性热作用的影响比间断性热作用所产生的影响更为明显。同时,120℃、180℃热作用对复合锂基润滑脂流变特性的影响机理不同。120℃热作用下表现为复合锂基润滑脂皂纤维解缠的物理过程,红外光谱结果与新鲜样品的结果表现出较好一致性;而180℃热作用下表现为复合锂基润滑脂稠化剂氧化分解,皂纤维表面出现裂纹,有氧化产物出现。复合锂基润滑脂应用过程中应避免长时间、高温运转,以削弱潜在的结构衰退对其寿命的影响。The lithium complex grease samples were prepared by using static heat treatment in the laboratory.120℃ and 180℃ were selected as the experimental temperature.The fresh lithium complex grease samples were heated under continuous and intermittent conditions at 120℃ and180℃,respectively.The effect and its mechanism of both continuous and intermittent heat treatment on rheological behaviors of all grease samples were investigated combining with the results of microstructure,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and rheological properties tests.The experimental results show that the lithium complex grease displays structural performance degeneration under continuous and intermittent conditions.The effect of continuous heat treatment is more obvious than that of intermittent condition.Meanwhile,the mechanisms of thermo effects on rheological properties at 120℃and 180℃are different.The heated grease sample displays the physical disentanglement variation of grease fiber at 120℃,while the FTIR results of heated sample are consistent with that of fresh sample.However,the thickener of lithium complex grease is oxidized at 180℃.The crack of soap fiber is displayed in the microstructure results and the oxidative product is detected by using FTIR.Therefore,the lithium complex grease should avoid being applied at high temperature and long time working conditions to eliminate the potential structural degeneration,which will shorten the grease lifetime.
