摘　　要：桐城派要员大都职为教师,善于也乐于编选选(读)本。自方苞、姚鼐起,桐城派古文选本或国文读本,实用实在,正门正派,成为一代之翘楚。使学子读书作文起步之初,即有法可依,有文可仿,学以致用。并藉其选(读)本,潜藏文派的文学趣味、价值取向和文化选择。选(读)本成为桐城派独特的文化符号,聚焦于此,不仅能够拓宽研究视野;更重要的是,汲取与传承其文化教育价值,对疗救当代大中小学文学教育之弊病,功莫大焉。The significant members of Tongcheng Literature School are mostly teachers,who are good at editing and selecting the anthology. These Chinese ancient textbooks or Chinese language textbooks of Tongcheng Literature School are so practical to be the most eminent ones since Fang Bao and Yao Nai. These anthologies make it convenient for the students to imitate and practice at the beginning. What＇s more,they can hide their literary interest,value orientation and cultural choice by these selected anthologies. Therefore,anthologies have become the remarkable cultural symbols of Tongcheng Literature School,which can not only broaden the scope of research,but more importantly,improve the contemporary literary education in primary and secondary schools by capturing and passing on the value of its culture and education.
