摘　　要：法律专业具有很强的应用性,其实践应用性需要坚实的理论素养和完善的法学基本知识体系作为支撑。学生对法律应用方法的掌握是整个高等法律教育的核心目标。把握法律专业特性与高等教育自身规律是法律课程教学的重要意识基础。监控与评估高校法律课程实践教学质量的前提是要能够清晰地认识教学的理念、种类、模式,明确把握实践教学的功能与定位。Law major enjoys the feature of applicability so that it requires great theoretical attainment and thorough basic law knowledge to fulfill the practice. The core of law education in colleges and universities is to make students master the application of law. It is a very important consciousness to grasp the features of Law major and the rules of higher education. In order to monitor and evaluate the practical teaching quality of Law course in colleges and universities, we should firstly understand the concept, type and mode of the teaching clearly and grasp the function and orientation of the practical teaching.
