摘　　要：本文利用2014年企业创新调查数据,从所有制视角考察国有企业在创新活动上的偏好。从产品、工艺、组织和营销等创新维度对不同所有制性质企业的创新偏好进行比较,发现国有企业更倾向于与其集团内部其他企业开展合作创新,与高等学校、研究机构展开创新合作的占比亦高于其他所有制企业。国有企业获得创新信息的主要来源为企业集团内部信息和来自政府部门的信息,但也存在激励制度不完善和创新重要性认识不足等因素阻碍其创新活动。本研究对上述偏好特征进行了经济解释,佐证了国务院《中央企业公司制改制工作实施方案》重要性。同时对国有企业提升创新水平提出了针对性的对策建议。Based on the enterprise innovation investigation data in 2014, this article discusses the innovation preference of state - owned enterprises from the perspective of ownership. From the dimensions of products, craftsmanship, organization and marketing, it argues that state - owned enterprises are inclined to cooperate with other enterprises within their internal system and they show a higher proportion of cooperating with institutes of higher learning as well as with research institutes than other enterprises. State - ownedenterprises mainly obtain new information from within the enterprise group and from the government offices. Yet there is a lack of encouraging system and awareness of the importance of innovation, which prevent the innovative activity. This research gives an eeonomic explanation for the preferences mentioned above, proves the importance of the State Councils＇ Implementation Plan for Systemchanging in Central Enterpriscs and Corporations, and provides countermeasures and suggestions to promote state- owned enterprises to a new level
