摘 要:转型高职院校是广东省乃至全国高职院校的主体类型,其内部管理改革担负着建立契合高职办学功能的管理体制机制的重要使命。广东省各转型高职院校经历二十余年的改革与发展,在院校内部管理体制机制构建、管理干部队伍建设、民主治校和学术权力发展、资源整合、管理特色发展等方面取得了一定的成效,但也存在垂直式管理模式依然发挥作用、管理干部队伍整体水平尚需提高与服务意识亟待加强、校企协同的高职特色治理结构尚未成型等问题,其针对性策略可以从整体层面和具体改革领域层面进行探讨。The transforming vocational colleges are the main type of Guangdong Province and even our country's higher vocational colleges. The reform of internal management takes the important mission of establishing a management system and mechanism that meets the function of running a higher vocational school. The transforming vocational colleges in Guangdong Province experienced more than 20 years of reform and development, made in the institutions of internal management system and mechanism, the building of management cadres, democratic governance and academic power development, resource integration, management characteristics and development. However, there are still some problems existing, such as the vertical management mode. It still plays a role, the overall level of management cadre needs to be improved and the awareness of service needs to be strengthened. The characteristics of higher vocational governance structure should not be formed. Level and specific areas of reform are still to be explored.
