变压边力对差厚拼焊板拉深成形性能的影响

摘  要:差厚拼焊板成形过程中需要解决焊缝移动以及焊缝附近的成形性能下降等问题,以汽车围板为例,利用Autoform软件,模拟定压边力和渐增压边力对差厚拼焊板的成形性能和焊缝移动的影响,结果表明,变压边力能降低焊缝附近的减薄率,减少焊缝移动量,改善汽车围板的成形性能。The problems that weld-bead movement and poor formability of the welding seam should be solved during the forming of tailor weld blanks with different thickness.Taking an automobile panel as an example, the influence of the constant blank holder force and variable blank holding force on the formability and weld-bead movement of differential tailor welded blank was simulated based on the Autoform software. The simulation result indicated that the variable blank holder force could reduce the thinning rate and weld-bead movement, and improve the formability of automobile panel.
