摘　　要：高校班级微图书馆在丰富班级文化生活,增强班级凝聚力等方面作用明显,但同时在建设和运行中也存在一些问题。本文指出高校班级微图书馆应遵循整体和局部、发展与适宜、规范和特色、支持与培育相结合的原则,最终通过生态平衡、生态富生、生态特色、生态开放、生态制度等五大发展战略实现生态化建设和发展。University class micro library plays an important role in enriching class cultural life and enhancing class cohesion,but there are also some problems in the construction and operation.This paper puts forward university class micro library should follow the principles of the whole and part,development and suitability,standardization and characteristics,support and cultivation.Finally,the ecological construction and development can be realized through ecological balance,ecological rich,ecological characteristics,ecological opening and ecological system.
