摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生自我控制、人际适应性在自尊与手机成瘾倾向间的中介作用。方法:选取大一到大四学生522人(男215人,女307人),采用自尊量表(SES)、自我控制量表(SCS)、大学生人际适应性问卷(CSIAI)和手机成瘾倾向量表(MPATS)进行测量。结果:MPATS得分与SES、SCS、CSIAI得分呈负相关(r=-0.23^-0.45,均P<0.01);SES、SCS、CSIAI得分两两之间均呈正相关(r=0.39~0.57,均P<0.01)。结构方程模型分析表明,SES得分通过SCS和CSIAI得分的链式中介作用预测M PATS得分,95%CI为(-0.030,-0.003);SES得分通过SCS得分的单独中介效应预测CSIAI得分,95%CI为(-0.305,-0.156);SES得分通过CSIAI得分的单独中介效应预测CSIAI得分,95%CI为(-0.062,-0.013)。结论:大学生自我控制和人际适应性在自尊与手机成瘾倾向的关系中起链式中介作用。Objective： To explore the mediating effects of self-control and interpersonal adaptability on the relationship between self-esteem and mobile phone addiction in college students. Methods： Totally 522 college students（ 215 males and 307 females） were selected and investigated with the Self-Esteem Scale（ SES）,Self-Control Scale（ SCS）,College Student Interpersonal Adaptability Inventory（ CSIAI） and Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale（ MPATS）. Results： The MPATS scores were negatively correlated with the scores of SES, SCS and CSIAI（ r =-0. 23- -0. 45,Ps〈 0. 01）,while there werepositive correlations between the scores of SES,SCS and CSIAI（ r = 0. 39-0. 57, Ps 〈0. 01）. Structural equation modeling showed thatthe scores of SEScould predict the scores of mobile phone addiction tendency through chain mediating role of the scores of SES and CSIAI,and the scores of SEScould predict the scores of mobile phone addiction tendency through the independent mediation effect of the scores of SCS and CSIAI. The confidence interval from Bootstrap output of the chain mediating effect and independent mediation effect of the scores of SCS and CSIAI were（-0. 030,-0. 003）,（-0. 305,-0. 156） and（-0. 062,-0. 013） respectively. Conclusion： It suggest that self-control and interpersonal adaptability exert a chain mediating effect on the relationship between self-esteem and mobile phone addiction tendencyamong college students.
