摘 要:为研究捕水器最佳的结构参数并使系统不过于复杂及成本太高,本文给出了真空预冷的原理,建立了真空预冷装置捕水器数学模型,采用Fluent和Gambit软件,选用k-ε湍流模型及连续性方程来封闭N-S方程组,通过编写用户自定义函数名称凝固与融化(solidification and melting,SAM),对不同直径、不同长度和不同壁面温度组合而成的18种壁面凝结式捕水器进行理论模拟与分析。分析结果表明,当管径为200mm,管长为700mm,壁面温度为-30℃时,该捕水器的捕水率可达72.4%,说明当捕水器总材料一定时,选用第18组的结构尺寸,其捕水率最高。该研究为实际捕水器的优化改进提供了理论依据。In order to study the optimal structural parameters of the water catcher and make the system less complicated and costly,the principle of vacuum precooling is given in this paper.The mathematical model for the watercatcher of a vacuum pre-cooler is established.The Fluent and Gambit software are used.Theturbulence model and continuity equation are used to close the N-S equations.By compiling user-defined functions(solidification and Melting),theoretical simulation and analysis of 18 kinds of wall condensation water catcher with different diameters,different lengths,and different wall temperatures are combined.The analysis results show that when the pipe diameter is 200 mm,the pipe length is 700 mm,and the wall temperature is -30℃,the catcher rate of the catcher can reach 72.4%.It shows that when the total material of the water catcher is certain,the structure size of the 18 th group is used,and the catching rate is the highest.This study provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the actual water catcher.
