对比观察脉冲Nd:YAG激光联合3M.ESPE粘结剂对牙本质过敏症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:3种方法对比观察Nd:YAG激光联合3M.ESPE粘结剂对牙本质过敏症的治疗效果。方法:选取2016年4月至2017年4月我院口腔门诊治疗过的牙本质过敏症患者160例、240颗患牙作为研究对象,依照试验目的,随机有序分成3组,分别是自酸蚀树脂粘结剂组(A组)、Nd:YAG激光照射组(B组)和Nd:YAG激光联合3M.ESPE粘结剂组(C组),每组患牙各80颗。对比观察即刻、6个月、1年的临床疗效。结果:与A组、B组相比,C组治疗有效率较高;3组平均治疗有效率分别为86.25%、67.50%、98.75%,组间两两相比,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:脉冲Nd:YAG激光联合3M.ESPE粘结剂对牙本质过敏症的治疗有效率高。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effects of Nd： YAG laser combined with 3 M. ESPE adhesive on dentin hypersensitivity by compared observations. Methods： From April 2016 to April 2017,160 patients with dentin hypersensitivity who were treated in the outpatient department 240 teeth were selected. According to the experimental purpose,randomly divided into three groups（n = 80）,A group was self etching resin adhesive group,B group was Nd： YAG laser irradiation group,C group was Nd： YAG laser combined with3 M. ESPE adhesive group. The clinical effects of immediate,6 months,1 year were compared. Results： Compared with A group and B group,C group had higher effective rate. The effective rates of three groups were 86. 25%,67. 50% and 98. 75% respectively,and compared between each two groups,there were significant differences（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Pulsed Nd： YAG laser combined with3 M. ESPE adhesive is effective in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity.
