摘  要:目的:研究OCT4、SOX2和Nanog基因在宫颈癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法和免疫放射测定法检测61例宫颈癌组织中OCT4、SOX2、Nanog和血清中鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCCAg)的表达情况。结果:OCT4、SOX2和Nanog在宫颈癌组织中呈高表达,OCT4、SOX2和Nanog的表达与FIGO分期和阴道切缘等密切相关,并且OCT4、SOX2和Nanog的表达与血清中SCC-Ag的水平呈正相关。结论:OCT4、SOX2和Nanog高表达与宫颈癌具有明显相关性,且与临床相关参数密切联系,OCT4、SOX2和Nanog可能作为宫颈癌诊断、预测及评估疗效的判定指标之一。Objective: To detect the expression of OCT4,SOX2 and Nanog and explore their clinical significance in cervical cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and radioimmunoassay were applied to detect OCT4,SOX2,Nanog and squamous cell carcinoma antigen expression in 61 cases with cervical cancinoma. Results: OCT4,SOX2,and Nanog were highly expressed in cervical cancer.OCT4,SOX2,and Nanog expression tends to increase as cervical cancer progresses and it was found to be significantly correlated to clinical stages and vaginal cutting margin.In addition,OCT4,SOX2,and Nanog expression and levels of squamous cell carcinoma antigen were significantly correlated in cervical cancinoma. Conclusion: OCT4,SOX2 and Nanog were highly expressed in cervical cancer.These were significantly correlated to clinicopathological parameter.OCT4,SOX2 and Nanog may be a useful biomarker for diagnosis,assessment and prediction of cervical cancer.
