丹栀逍遥丸干预原发性老年高血压患者合并抑郁情绪的临床机理研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹栀逍遥丸对原发性老年高血压合并抑郁情绪的治疗作用及其相关机制。方法:收集烟台毓璜顶医院中西医结合科原发性老年高血压合并抑郁情绪患者120例,随机分为两组:对照组(n=60)、丹栀逍遥丸组(n=60),对照组采用单纯西药降压药治疗,丹栀逍遥丸组采用西药降压药联合丹栀逍遥丸治疗,治疗前及治疗后4周、8周后分别监测两组患者动态血压、PHQ-9量表评分、肝肾功、降压药物种类及4种细胞因子的变化情况,并应用统计学对结果进行分析。结果:治疗前及治疗后4周、8周,丹栀逍遥丸组患者动态血压水平、PHQ-9量表评分、降压药物的种类以及CRP、AngⅡ、IL-1β、ICAM-1等四种细胞因子的水平明显低于对照组,实验前后两组患者肝肾功能水平未见明显异常。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹栀逍遥丸可能通过调控高血压病与抑郁情绪相关的细胞因子,达到控制血压、改善抑郁状态的目的。Objective： To explore the effect and mechanism of Danzhi Xiaoyao Wan（ 丹栀逍遥丸） on senile primary hypertensive and depression. Methods： 120 cases were randomly divided into the control group（n=60） and the Danzhi Xiaoyao Wan group（n=60）. The control group was given antihypertensive medicines. The Danzhi Xiaoyao Wan group was treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao Wan more. Ambulatory blood pressure, PHQ-9 scale score, renal and liver function, the type of antihypertensive medicines and cytokines were monitored and analyzed. Results： Before and after 4 weeks, 8 weeks, the ambulatory blood pressure, PHQ-9 scale score, the type of antihypertensive medicines and cytokines in the Danzhi Xiaoyao Wan group were obviously lower than the control group. The renal and liver function did not show obvious abnormality in two groups. The difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Danzhi Xiaoyao Wan can control the blood pressure and improve the depressive state, through regulating the cytokines which related to the hypertension and depression
