摘  要:目的探究还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate,NADPH)在三叉神经节(trigeminal ganglion,TG)的表达情况。方法 2015年5月,选择雌性大鼠6只,取双侧三叉神经节冰冻切片,采用NADPH-d化学组织染色。结果 NADPH-d在TG存在表达,中小细胞染色深于大细胞,阳性细胞以中小体积为主,占73.2%。结论一氧化氮/一氧化氮合酶系统可能参与颌面部感觉传导调控。Objective To study the expression of NADPH-d in the trigeminal ganglion of rats. Methods Six rats were selected in May 2015, and the bilateral trigeminal ganglion frozen slices were taken out, and the NADPH-d chemical tissues were used for dying. Results The NADPH-d had expression in TG, and the middle and small cells were stained deeper than large cells, and the positive cells were dominated by middle-small sizes, accounting for 73.2%. Conclusion The nitric oxide/nitric oxide synthase system may participate in the sensory conduction control in the maxillofacial region.
