细节护理对急诊内科患者护理满意度的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析和研究细节护理对于急诊内科患者护理满意度的主要影响。方法选取该院在2016年6月—2017年5月期间由急诊内科进行治疗的患者700例确定为分析对象,采取随机的方式将全部患者划成观察组与对照组(各350例)。对照组选择的是急诊内科的各项基础性护理策略,观察组在对照组护理的基础上,另外实施细节护理策略,然后统计对比两组的自我效能评分和护理服务满意度。结果经过细节护理,观察组患者的自信心、以及治疗环境、自我认知与病情控制感评分依次是:(3.4±0.2)分、(3.3±0.7)分、(3.4±0.1)分、(2.9±0.5)分,均明显高于对照组,该两组的自我效能对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度是99.71%,明显高于对照组(58.86%),该两组的护理满意度对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊内科之中通过采取细节护理的有效策略,能极大的增强患者自我效能感,疏导其内心情绪,改善护理的实际效果,值得在临床上大力普及推广。Objective To analyze and research the major effect of detailed nursing on the nursing satisfactory degree of patients in the department of emergency medicine. Methods 700 cases of patients treated in the department of emergency medicine in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the objects and randomly divided into two groups with 350 cases in each, the control group used various basic nursing strategies, while the observation group used the detailed nursing strategies on the basis of the control group, and then the self-efficacy scores and nursing services satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The self-confidence, treatment environment, self-cognition and disease control scores after the detailed nursing were respectively（3.4±0.2）points,（3.3±0.7）points,（3.4±0.1）points,（2.9±0.5）points, which were obviously higher than those in the control group, with statistically significance, and the difference in the self-efficacy between the two groups was obvious,with statistical significance（P 0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（99.71% vs58.86%）, and the difference between groups was obvious（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The effective strategies of detailed nursing in the department of emergency medicine can greatly enhance the self-efficacy,dredge the inner emotion and improve the practical nursing of nursing, and it is worth great promotion in clinic.
